AMBO

Ambo (Gk 'jant') Eski bir Hıristiyan kilisesinde üzerinde İncil'in bulunduğu yükseltilmiş bir stand veya minber İncil'in okunması sırasında yerleştirilir ve Mektup. Biri İncil için nefin güney tarafında ve biri de Mektup için kuzey tarafında olmak üzere sıklıkla iki tane kullanılır.

ambo (Gk 'rim') A raised stand or pulpit in an early christian church on which the Bible is placed during the reading of the Gospel and the Epistle. Frequently two are used, one on the south side of the nave for the Gospel, and one on the north side for the Epistle.
