Bir resim veya heykelde temsil edildiği şekliyle kumaşın düşmesi. Çoğunlukla uzuvların ve gövdenin oluşturduğu şekillere karşıtlık olarak ve kompozisyonun ritmini bir bütün olarak güçlendirmenin bir aracı olarak kullanılır.
